europea, hemos luchado por la libertad y hecho de
esta gran tierra nuestro hogar. Sin embargo, esta
hermosa america estaba ya ocupada por culturas
muy diferentes a la nuestra. Nuestra cultura no
pudo o no quiso dar lugar a otras civilizaciones
iniciandose asi el ocaso, siempre doloroso y
cruel, de las culturas indígenas en las
americas. Es por eso que, y sin renegar de
nuestras raíces, es tiempo de brindar un lugar a
otras culturas que conviven en nuestro suelo y
que también son nuestras. Este pequeño glosario es solo un mínimo aporte al reconocimiento de nuestras culturas indígenas, siendo este el primer paso a una integración.
